AgentDost ("Dost", "we", "us") is a personal shopping assistant accessible at agentdost.ai and via WhatsApp, operated by AgentDost and reachable at hello@agentdost.ai.
What we collect and why

What we don't do

Affiliate disclosure
AgentDost earns a small commission when you purchase products through links we provide, at no extra cost to you. This commission is how we keep the service free. It never influences which products we recommend — we always show you the best options regardless of commission.
Third party services
To operate AgentDost we work with trusted third-party service providers in the following categories:
- Messaging delivery services
- AI and machine learning providers
- Product data and search providers
- Affiliate marketing networks
- Cloud hosting and database providers
These providers process only the limited data necessary to deliver the service and are bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not sell or rent your data to any third party.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as you use AgentDost. You can delete all your data at any time by texting DELETE MY DATA to our WhatsApp number. This permanently removes all your information from our systems.
Your rights
- Access the data we hold about you (text "what do you know about me")
- Delete all your data (text "DELETE MY DATA")
- Opt out of the weekly email report at any time (reply UNSUBSCRIBE to any report email)
Children
AgentDost is not intended for users under 13 years of age.
Affiliate Relationships & Tracking
AgentDost participates in affiliate marketing programs. When you click a product link provided by AgentDost and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission from the retailer at no extra cost to you.
How this works:
- Product links are routed through agentdost.ai/go before redirecting to the retailer
- This allows us to track clicks for affiliate commission purposes
- The retailer (e.g. Amazon, Walmart) may set their own cookies upon arrival
- We record which products were clicked, the search query, and an anonymised user identifier — we do not record your name or personal details against click events
Current affiliate programs:
- Amazon Associates (amazon.com)
- Walmart Affiliate Program (pending approval)
You can opt out of affiliate tracking at any time by texting DELETE MY DATA to our WhatsApp number, which will erase all data associated with your account including click history.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our service evolves. We will notify users of significant changes via WhatsApp.
